Terms and Conditions - Hotel Reservations by Travel Professionals

Cancellations:
If for any reason you find it necessary to cancel, modify or rebook the reservation then please send us an email to bookings@cubaselecttravel.co.uk. Cancellations are only accepted once ratified by our staff and based upon the following terms and conditions:
Cancellation, modification and rebooking of reservation 72 hours or more before the intended arrival date, the total amount paid for the reservation will be credited to your account, less an administration fee of 15.00 Euros. Cancellation, modification and rebooking of reservation within 72 hours of intended arrival date, the total amount paid for the reservation will be credited to your account, less the amount of the first night of the intended stay.
Payments:
Hotels work on a strict pre-payment policy and you will need to ensure payment is made in advance and in accordance with the payment schedule as specified on our pro-forma invoice. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. All hotels include breakfast or all inclusive arrangements where specified. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls and room service are to be paid directly to the property by the client.
Insurance:
We strongly advise travellers to take out travel and medical insurance to cover the cost of cancellation and other risks including personal accident, personal public liability.
Adverse weather conditions and Natural disasters (Force Majeure)
We strongly advise all persons traveling to obtain insurance which will specifically cover any losses incurred for cancellations due to weather and other naturally occurring phenomena. We expressly reject any responsibility for such circumstances. Please see rebooking to establish whether it may apply to your situation should you wish to defer arrival at a short notice or require last minute modifications based upon this motive.
Children:
Infants up to 1 year 11 months: free of charge. Children rates (normally 50% discount) apply for ages 2 - 11 years, and only when sharing room with two adults. Children 2-11 years sharing room with 1 adult must be booked as adults (double/twin room). Children 12 years and older must always be booked as adults.
Changes by Us:
If for any unforeseen reason we have to change the hotel requested we will advise you as soon as possible of any change and will offer a similar hotel or an upgrade.
Other Conditions:
Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Accommodation is usually available from 16.00 hours on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12.00 hours on the day of departure. The reservation is guaranteed for late arrival. The number of guests in each room is limited to the number of beds provided by the hotel. If the number of persons arriving at the hotel is different to the one selected during the reservation process, or children are not of the age required to classify as such in terms of rates/discounts (see 'Children'), additional charges will apply, payable directly to the hotel by the client.
