Everything was good and I am thinking to go back for the 26 of July
celebration even if I still don't know where it will be.

We have now come down to earth after our excellent holiday in Cuba booked through Cox & Kings and Cuba Select Travel.
We thought it important to let you know how much we enjoyed it and how well we thought it was planned. Our night in Havana, 2 in Las Terrazas, 3 in Trinidad, 5 at Cayo Ensenachos and then 3 more in Havana was a perfect itinerary. The whole holiday though was made by our excellent guide. She was charming, friendly, accommodating and efficient. We cannot fault her. We had the opportunity, en-route, to speak to other people doing a similar kind of holiday and came to realise how particularly lucky we were to have her for a guide.

…All (the participants) had a great time and loved Cuba. Both hotels were great and the service we received was excellent. The NH
Parque Central was totally on the ball and earned a lot of praise from the guests. Once we arrived at the Paradisus Varadero it all went
perfectly and the staff were helpful and enthusiastic. The train journey was a riot with far too much rum being drunk - no doubt Carlos told
you about the communal dunking in the lake at Hershey Park! The catamaran was fabulous and we had a wonderful day on the water.
The DuPont Villa was absolutely brilliant - the chef came up trumps with a beautiful meal. The staff were attentive and the service was
excellent. The entertainment was top rate. It was an amazing evening. All in all everything went very smoothly. So thank you CST.

We had the most amazing time - really loved Cuba and felt incredibly well looked after - both by
your ground handlers and in receiving communication from yourselves via Saskia. We felt slightly
unlucky to be hit by their third hurricane in 8 days but understood that we had chosen to go in
hurricane season! The main reason we sounded so relaxed is that your organisation and planning,
both before and after Ike, meant that we never felt in any danger ourselves and, in comparison to
many others we saw, we were also much less inconvenienced than we could have been.
Highlights would definitely be: seeing Buena Vista Social Club in the Havana Club Museum (we saw
them on the second night and my friend in particular could have gone home perfectly content after
this one evening!); visiting Fuster's studio in Jaimanitas (this was incredible and we understand
Jacky was keen to bring other visitors to see it); dinner at La Guardia (which is even better than the
hype suggests) and witnessing at first hand the friendliness and vibrancy, colour and contradiction
that is Cuba and its people.
Cienfuegos was good to have seen although we felt one night was enough - and although we did
not really get to experience Trinidad's music and culture - what we did see, in the way they handled
before and after the hurricane was both interesting and eye-opening. We were also impressed by the outside of the box thinking in getting us out of the town and back to Havana when there were
so few means of transport available.
Obviously we were hugely disappointed to have missed out on Pinar del Rio and
Cayo Levisa but again were impressed by the fall back plan of Las Terrazas - despite
the fact that Ike got in the way of that one too.

My wife and i have just returned to london after a
fantastic stay in cuba - it was organised via Audley but
you were obviously the local contacts.
I dont normally write to companies after a trip but feel
compelled to after the exceptional servise we received
from your staff. I refer to Carlos and Jorge .
In my view Carlos is the best guide i've known - nothing
was too much trouble, he was kind, informative and a
pleasure to be around. Jorge is an absolute gem, funny (he
wont believe i'm writing this!), extremely accomodating
and the best driver in cuba!
They were brilliant and made the trip for us. I will have
no hesitation in recommending your company based on their
care of us.
Feel free to use this email as a recommendation, we're
already looking forward to our next trip to cuba!

Just a quick email to say thank you for all your help and attention which helped us enjoy our
holiday in Cuba. We had an amazing time and loved Cuba. I would be grateful if you would also
pass on our thanks to George and Pedro. George in particular was wonderful. I shall never forget
the stop for a Pina Colada on the way to Vinales and on our way back to Havana! The transfers were
smooth and on time which helped us just relax and enjoy the experience.

The holiday was fantastic but made so much better by the small things such as Carlos, who provided
a great tour and made us feel that we could contact him at anytime should we need. George, who
was a dream. He was helpful, funny and spoke excellent English and who provided us with great
information as we travelled between resorts. The best bit would have to be when he took us to the
"motorway" services for a Pina Colada. Pedro was also excellent on the transfer from Vinales to
Cabo de San Antonio. He took us via the non-motorway route, so we could again, see more of the
country.

Hello.
We have recently returned from a holiday to Cuba. We wanted to thank Cuba Select for organising
a wonderful time for us. Everything was excellent, the hotels, the places we visited and of course
the weather. Only two minor things, Havana is a fascinating city and needs at least 2 full days also
Santa Clara is worthy of a half day tour.
Our biggest thanks must go to our guide. He looked after us so well and was an excellent
guide. He has a wicked sense of humour. He was able to give us lots of information
about Cuba. We came to regard him as a friend.
In the newspaper it said that the temperature in Havana one day last week was 30 degrees, here it
was 3 degrees, such a contrast!
