Cuba Challenge Tours
Challenges are normally fundraising events which are charity-specific. You can either contact a charity who will recruit a group of supporters to take part in the challenge of a lifetime. Alternatively, you can organize your own group and select a charity, or other fund raising event that you would wish to support.

Challenges tours can be tailored to the specific requirements of a tour and can include treks, cycle rides, mountain climbs, horse rides, runs, rallies in classic 50’s American cars, sailing, jeep safaris, train rides and motorbike rides.

Cuba has a diversity of locations, whether it be visiting cities
and historical landmarks, beach resorts, mountains, and the
nature of the countryside. There are different difficulty levels,
ensuring there really is something for everyone.
The tours can be designed to include some leisure
activities and fun events.
Change your life and the lives of others in a positive
way. Once you set your mind to it, it’s amazing what
you can achieve!

Below is an example of a Cycle Challenge
Tour. Other types of activities and different
places to travel to can be arranged
according to your requirements.
Cuba is the Caribbean's largest and least
commercialised island and one of the
world's last bastions of communism. We
cycle along quiet roads passing towns and
villages which seem frozen in time. There
is barely any traffic, just a few horse and
carts and tractors.

Highlights of the ride include the Bay of
Pigs, famous for US aggression on Cuba in
1961; Trinidad, a UNESCO World Heritage
Site; the Sierra del Escambray mountains;
Santa Clara with its statue of the legendary
Che Guevara and the captivating city of
Havana which boasts spacious plazas and
glorious Spanish architecture.
